![]() Unfortunately I am unable to do this today. I am wondering though if a restart of the QNAP will help now. I have tested with the user, and what I have tried so far has not worked. As I thought that permissions may be the issue, I have changed the group the users is in to be the same as the other users. I map a drive from a QNAP NAS to each system (H:) and would like to be able to automatically sync files I store on the laptop or desktop to the mapped drive. There is one thing that I have noticed that may be causing all the issues, and that is that the "Group" set for the users is different from all the rest. I have also logged on via an FTP client to the QNAP device, so I can look at the Linux file permissions. I have double checked the permissions of for the user via the QNAP GUI, and the permissions are correct for the user. Other is fine, and I can look at the permissions without any issue. I have noticed that the security when looking at the for the user via Windows is not showing, as if the permission is not set to be able to look at it. We have the QNAP set so that we can set security via the shares themselves, via our Active Directory domain (so can look at security permissions via Windows machines). Step 1: Go to 'File Sync' Once you have installed and opened AOMEI Backupper, go to the 'Backup' section and click on the 'File Sync' option. They can though delete things OK when the recycle bin shows, so they are a bit happier about using the home area now. Now it seems very random when the recycle bin shows to the user. It serves files to GoodSync clients in a fast and efficient manner: you do not need a separate computer to get to files on NAS via SMB, block-level delta copy works properly, upload and download are much faster as there is no SMB overhead. The user has deleted from their "home" area on the QNAP, and it did come back after a while. GoodSync Server for QNAP NAS is installed directly on the NAS. goes only one way: You can't sync a folder on the TS-409 Pro to your computer. And when compared to the 2GB limit you get from DropBox, you get virtually unlimited storage thanks to your own QNAP NAS. 600, interface for easier use, a better downloading. Changes to a file are easily synced across all your devices. I have been doing some more testing with the user this morning, and the issue seems to get stranger. Qsync makes it easy to sync your files across multiple devices, such as your smartphone, tablet, and PC.
